Outsourced CFO services, answered.
What does an outsourced CFO do?
An outsourced CFO provides the financial leadership of a full-time CFO on a part-time retainer: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, monthly reporting, agreed KPIs and strategic counsel. At Morrow & Co. that means a standing seat at your table and a monthly CFO report built around your numbers.
How much does an outsourced CFO cost?
Morrow & Co. CFO engagements run $3,500 to $10,000 a month depending on the size and complexity of the business, confirmed in a written engagement letter before work begins.
Is an outsourced CFO the same as a fractional CFO?
Yes. Fractional CFO, part-time CFO and outsourced CFO describe the same arrangement: senior financial leadership on a retainer rather than a full-time salary.
Do I still need a bookkeeper?
Yes. Accurate books are the foundation of CFO work. We can provide bookkeeping alongside the engagement, or work with your existing bookkeeper.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients have a reliable monthly report and a 13-week cash forecast within the first 60 days. Decisions improve from that point; measurable results typically follow within two to four quarters.
